Singapore recently has decided to transform their casino resorts, in the form of remodeling. Singapore two casinos resorts are planning on taking 100,000 sq meters of retail space, and in addition to create 3,400 hotel rooms. Since there aren’t enough casinos in the area, the idea is to make more space, and allow more money to flow in for two of the republics casino resorts. These are the discussed estimates for construction, the National Development Ministry reported yesterday.
The spaces, to be constructed, are dependant on the design ideas that the construction teams turn in. The ministry said that they will select developers for this project, when ever it would occur. At the moment people are just being recruited for estimates.
Las Vegas Sands Co, is among 14 firms, Singapore has listed for the construction proposals. The Corporation said on Wednesday, that it would be willing to build an 832 roomed hotel, a convention center, and arena, if they earned the right to operate a casino in Singapore. |
