Boston's gambling tycoon, and former Harvard Professor Gary Loveman has kept quite for a long time. Today that is not true. The quiet man from the suburbs has managed to leave the suburbs, and make himself known.
Katrina ruined the nation's economy, flattening two Harrah's casinos in Mississippi, and left a third destroyed in New Orleans. Loveman is the head of Harrah’s Entertainment, and so this put him in the spotlight. He has pledged to spend some of his company's money for a relief center. This will be available up to three months for paying employees of Harrah’s former sites. Other casinos haven’t been able to offer such a deal as Harrah has. |
