The Pueblo of Pojoaque, which is in partnership with Hilton Hotel Corp., has made a deal. The deal will mean that they will have the largest pueblo-owned hotel in the state. The deal will include a new casino and convention center, with a golf course and a performing-arts area, which will open in 2008.
Pueblo Gov. George Rivera believes that if all goes as planned, the expansion will be off the ground shortly. The cost of the hotel is set at $200 million, and they have achieved to get most of the money already. This announcement is a happy day for this start of a beautiful new partnership. |
